Arpa Pawilai is appealingly cast as Som, an ordinary young woman who works as a movie make-up artist. Her longtime live-in boyfriend Rang (Chaiyapol Julien Poupart) is also in the business. But the handsome musclebound prop guy – always wearing tight, biceps-baring vest T-shirts – captures many adoring eyes, like that slutty actress, but also his straight-acting gay boss (Akarin Akaranithimethara) and just about anyone else with a pulse. Som has about had it with Rang being distracted by all the flirting. She's finally pushed to the brink when she arrives home to find him drunk and passed out in bed after being taken advantage of by the predatory Catwoman. She kicks Rang out and then goes to her apartment rooftop, which is of course the first place any heartbroken young woman should go. She stands at the precipice only to be held back at the last instant by a neighbor guy named Ple who's been hanging creepily around (Steven Fuhrer)...

Eun Shi Yeon is a police officer and she was demoted to the hit-and-run task force at a police station from the regional investigation unit at the National Police Agency and will work alongside Seo Min Jae, who is the ace officer of the hit-and-run task force. The two will be working to chase down Jung Jae Chul, who is a former Formula One racer now committing crimes with his madness for speed and cars.

20 years ago in Japan, the 4 Ultra brothers Ultraman, Seven, Jack, and Ace were fighting a deadly foe known as Yapool. The brothers were barely able to defeat Yapool but the monster still needed to be sealed. However, to seal Yapool away they were forced to give up the ability to transform, and took up jobs to be in the area of Kobe in case the monster ever returned. 20 years later Yapool is risen from the sea again by alien allied forces, and Mebius must fight the aliens and Yapool. But when Mebius is about to lose, the Ultra brothers come to aid Mebius in his battle against Yapool and the Aliens... The setting of this movie takes place during the middle of the Mebius series. All members of Crew GUYS Japan are present in the movie, and Leo and 80 are not mentioned or shown. The actual placement of the movie in the order of the series is not explicitly given.
