Eun-A (Kim Sun-A) lost her family at the hands of a serial killer. She is now mentally and physically destroyed. Eun-A then decides to get revenge. She enlists the help of four people marginalized by society including a North Korean defector, ex-gang member and a person heavily in debt. All four persons need organ transplants. Eun-A's plan is then set in motion. 

The drama is a rom-com between Feroze Khan who plays Romeo, son of successful and rich doctors. and Sana Javed as Heer, the daughter of a herbal medication shop owner and a regular housewife; two college sweethearts who fight totally different family backgrounds and finally manage to get married against all odds.

Oogane Michiko, who works in the planning sales department of a famous furniture maker, had a traumatic experience with her ex-boyfriend in the past. Being a railway otaku for 10 years, she uses her free time to visit train stations on local lines nationwide where she meets various people, enjoys the scenery and delicacies.

Narang was adopted into Thun Chai Mamthep's family but was treated like a servant because of his poor background. He fell in love with Pathawee, Thun Chai's daughter, who used him to get back at her father for not treating her mother well and marrying Prakong, a servant. Prakong and Lamoon, her daughter, were both ignored by Thun Chai, who's an alcoholic and a playboy. When Thun Chai finds out about Narangand Pathawee's relationship, Narang is forced to go study overseas. Years later, he comes back to help Thun Chai with his hotel business that is about to go bankrupt. He suggests selling some of the hotel's shares to Sunanta, a businesswoman. He then meets Siriganya, Sunanta's secretary, but misunderstandings cause them to not like each other at first. Eventually, they fall in love, but Pathawee is still possessive of Narang and she's not willing to let him go.
