A story taking place between Chinese and Burmese borders that follows a four-man team infiltrating enemy territory on a rescue mission. In the summer of 1942, the Japanese launched a barrage of attacks which caused the English and American army to retreat from Burma. Having gained the upper hand, they intend to break through the defence lines at Nujiang in order to invade China. An American plane gets caught in the line of fire and its pilot goes missing. After a US rescue team fails in the mission to save the pilot, the Chinese send Hong Zijie (Li Zonghan), a member of the Communist underground to lead a special team to the rescue.

Due to generational conflict and dissatisfaction, society has declined remarkably and the economy has also declined. Japan is about to collapse. Everybody points their finger at the other generation for causing their generation's unhappiness and misfortune. Prime Minister Naoki Ando then declares a battle titled "Sedai Wars" to decide the next president who will rule Japan. Representatives from each generation take part in the Sedai Wars, which is a battle royale set to take place in a VR space. Sometime in the past, Mr. Kim (Shin Goo) bought some property that is now worth 5 billion won. However, any dreams of inheriting that land seem moot when Kim's future plans are revealed. It seems the old man was separated from his first family in North Korea, and desperately wishes to see the wife and daughter he left behind. Thus, if the Koreas are not unified by the time of his death, Kim plans to give over the land to the Unification Ministry!This turn of events leads Myong Sok to hatch a plan with his younger brother, a B-grade erotic film director, to trick their father into believing that North and South Korea are unified, hoping such news will put them in a position to inherit the vast family fortune. So with the help of the rest of the family and Myong Gyu's guerrilla film crew, the two brothers start faking North Korean television broadcasts in order to dupe their father! But what starts out as simple plan becomes increasingly complex and out-of-hand, leading not only the family, but everyone around them to participate in this elaborate charade! Will the two brothers succeed?

500 Years Ago in the Chosun Dynasty. The Pipe of the prophecy has fallen into the evil hands of the goblins, propelling the world into a whirlwind of disorder. The ancient Taoist wizards turn to the greatest ascetics of their time, the Master and Hwadam (Kim Yoon-seok) for help in vanquishing the goblins and trust each wizard with one half of the Pipe. Meanwhile, the Master's rascal student Woochi (Kang Dong-won) tricks the king with the art of transformation and creates a fiasco, which makes the three Taoist wizards and Hwadam visit the Master. But the Master has been murdered and his half of the Pipe is missing! By taking his master's pipe out to the market streets, Woochi has been pushed into a corner, ultimately getting sealed into a painting along with his trusty dog, Chorangyi (Yoo Hae-jin)
