Dan, a photography major student, has been working on his thesis with professor Aim for years, but he can't complete it yet. One day, professor Aim gave an SLR camera to him for shooting the best work and sending it to her. Dan is about to find out that it's a test of an evil camera, which gives him no way to run away. He has to choose between following or fighting with it. And he is going to let Nam, his girlfriend, and his friend, Great, to join in this horrendous fate, surrounding by death from this hell-like camera.

Physician Kohei Taguchi and Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare investigator Shiratori soon become involved in major reforms to the death investigation system of the country and localities when a letter arrives threatening the destruction of Tojo University Hospital and Kerberos Tower in 3 months. Before the pair are able to uncover the truth, an unprecedented rash of suspicious deaths occur which can’t be explained through autopsy. On the day of the AI (Autopsy Imaging) Center’s opening and introduction of a revolutionary new MRI machine called “Leviathan”, further incidents rock the medical community.

Set at hair salon Fly High, Butterfly and follows the workers there. Gi Bbeum is in her early 20's and works at Fly High, Butterfly as an assistant intern. She works with three other assistant interns: Moo Yeol, Teacher Woo, and Soo Ri. Gi Bbeum works hard, but she has a hard time dealing with customers. Gwang Soo is a hairstylist at Fly High Butterfly. He is enthusiastic at his job and he works with hair salon director Michel and hairstylist Jen.
