A sitcom about a group of students who have a phobia of English. They are enrolled into a "Secret Class" that is known for a high success rate of teaching students English. Each student has their own 'secrets' and problems with studying English.

Ooka Echizen is a town magistrate based in Edo, appointed by Shogun Yoshimune in 1717. Often preferring to wander among commoners in disguise, he actively keeps the peace in Edo and helps clear corruption out of local politics. From the second season, Tadasuke concentrates on defending the oppressed in unfair cases, and the third introduces troubles in his personal life, such as his relationship with his son.

A popular actor accidentally got a priceless necklace because two thieve groups were fighting over it. He later passed it to his sister. Two thieve groups try to snatch this necklace while two international police will give it back to its rightful owner.

Ichinose tries to take revenge on the criminal and as he closes in on the truth of what happened on the night of the murder, the people involved emerged. He exposes their scandals and crimes with the methods of a swindler and starts to socially obliterate them.
