O-negative drama is remake for O-negative movie (1998). It's about the story of five friends who loved decorative arts. They met randomly during the ceremony on the first day of class. One day, the freshmen were required to donate blood. They learned then that the 5 of them have the same blood type, O-negative.

In 1976 on a remote island, school teacher Eun-young wants to take her students on a field trip to a cookie factory in Seoul. Even though the parents don't like the idea, Eun-young succeeds in convicing them. But once they arrive in the complicated city, some students become fascinated with high-tech bicycles and get lost.

To avenge her family, beautiful and glamorous Wen Yu Nong became a spy with a talent for disguise. Now, for her revenge, she must use her talent and pretend to be someone else while reuniting with the man she once loved.

Ishibashi Naoto is a successful reporter who has just gotten married to his girlfriend, Saki, whom he met one month earlier. However, as Naoto begins to live a new life as a married man, strange things start to happen. Saki disappears without a trace and as Naoto begins searching for her, he finds out Saki's identity doesn't exist. When Naoto starts to dig deeper into the mystery, he begins to receive anonymous threats. Frustrated, Naoto meets a Yoshino Mariko, detective who thinks she might hold the answers to Naoto's questions.
