Mister Trot is officially renewed! Before the new season comes to us, let's trip down the memory lane of the first season of Mister Trot and its stars, who quickly became the broadcasting sensation and changed Korean popular music history.

Acclaimed director Johnnie To's new effort ventures beyond his comfort zone of action and crime movies to direct a movie about a Hong Kong movie megastar (Louis Koo), who was jilted at the altar by his actress bride. Depressed, he decides to travel to China to recover, and in a twist of fate, finds true love in a neurotic fan in the high-altitudes of Yunnan.

On the day of her middle school entrance ceremony, Momoka meets a flying cat fairy who guides her to a jewel shop owned by a mysterious woman named Tiara. Tiara gives Momoka a magical item called a Majoka Porte which allows her to transform into a Magi Majo Pure. Together with the other Magi Majo Pures, she uses magic to fight against the JamaJama-dan, an evil group who are trying to take over the world by robbing people of their hopes and dreams.

Mio is a woman who owns a funeral parlor in a small port town. After losing her husband, her libido suddenly awakens. A typhoon rips through the town. Not only does she provide funeral “services” for the grieving parties but also “attends” to their needs after the funeral.
