Hōzuki-san Chi no Aneki is a brother-sister romantic comedy that follows the daily life of Gorō Hōzuki, a high school boy with an older sister named Haru who is unrelated by blood. Gorō is mortified when the self-centered and lustful Haru plays pranks on him. Gorou Hazuki has a small crush on his sister Haru, but can't bring himself to admit it. However, Haru suspects this, and uses this knowledge to tease and humiliate him mercilessly. Strangely enough, this is not the start of a hentai story, but a comedy with slice-of-life elements.

Native mainland Chinaman Zee-Aui Sae-Ueng (Tuan Long) moved to Thailand to work in Rayong province. After his arrival there were several child murders. However, no one suspected Zee-Aui, who was considered just a goofy, middle-aged man who could barely speak Thai. To them, he was friendly and harmless. But then, in January of 1958, another boy, last seen with Zee-Aui, went missing. The villagers broke into Zee-Aui's house and found the boy's dissected remains, along with Zee-Aui about to eat the boy's organs. The killer was immediately arrested and confessed his crimes. In 1946 a young man from China named Zee-Oui immigrated to Thailand in hope of a better life. His only possession was the knife inherited from his mother. However, everything did not turn out as he had thought. He was bullied and humiliated from everyone around him. He tried desperately to survive in this world. He became ill. He missed his mother... At the same time, his instincts increasingly oppressed his thoughts and behaviors. He began killing children, consuming their heart and liver in the believe that it would make him stronger. Whenever he felt weak, he would kill again and again just to avoid the insecure feelings. At the end, he was caught and confessed to all the killings he had done. He was sentenced to the death penalty as the society returned to serenity. But why there were still missing and murdered children?
