The fairy sister Xiaojiu, who is thousands of miles away from the earth, is sent by the five elders to find the magpie stone and save the magpie city in danger. He was accidentally shot down by a gravitational wave experiment conducted by Xue Hai, a man with high IQ. A "farce" with the real purpose of picking up girls and looking for the magpie stone unfolded crazily during the 30 days when Xiaojiu fell into the mortal world. With the development of the situation, the big boss hidden behind gradually surfaced, in order to protect Dream and love, Xue Hai chooses to fight with Xiao Jiu and fight against the dark forces.

Set in the 18th century, the film follows the continuing exploits of cartographer Jonathan Green as he undertakes a scientific and supernatural journey that leads him from England to China. Along the way, he discovers Russian Tzar Peter I in prison in the Tower of London under the watch of pugilistic Warden Hook, as his wife Lady Emma discovers the Chinese Princess posing as Jonathan’s assistant Chen-Lan. As Tzar Peter escapes and joins a Russian ship, he tails Lady Emma as she uncovers an imposter robbing the Chinese people while posing as Princess Chen-Lan.

Kang Tae Young (Kim Jung Eun), the daughter of a poor film director, moves to Paris after her father dies. While dreaming of writing a screenplay, she takes a job as a housekeeper at the home of sophisticated, cynical millionaire Han Ki Joo (Park Shin Yang). Han Ki Joo, having moved to Paris to recover from a failed marriage, has his sights set on taking over the position of Chairman in his father's company. The last thing on his mind in this city of love is romance, and he quickly grows impatient with straightforward, spunky Tae Young and fires her. When an opportunity arises to help further his business plans, he hires her to pretend to be his fiance. Gradually the two begin to develop feelings for each other, but misunderstandings quickly divide them, not least of which is Yoon Soo Hyuk (Lee Dong Gun), Ki Joo's nephew and closest friend, who meets and falls in love with Tae Young. Faced with lives, circumstances, and transcontinental distances which seem determined to separate them, this is a story of two lovers overcoming chance, tragedy, and their own fearful hearts to find out whether they can together make more than a beautiful memory in Paris.
