Oga Toichi, the Director of the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department’s First Investigation Division, is often called “King” for persisting in having his own way and ignoring opinions from people around him. Dayo Wong stars as top agent Mr. Chan, who suddenly finds himself removed from duties after his partner Wonder Child unintentionally offended a policewoman, Ms. Shek.
