A drama about the process of tracking down the mysterious deaths of elite doctors from the Korean University, and unravelling a mystery related to a rare disease.

Akio, a musician from Japan, and his darling Dr. Nami take a trip to Thailand with a guide named Palin. During the trip, the couple has a misunderstanding and Nami returns to Japan alone. Akio stays behind, plays music in a pub, catches COVID-19, and has to stay in a Thai hospital. Palin sticks around to care for him while trying to help Akio and Nami reconcile. In the midst of the influx of COVID cases, Palin witnesses the dedication of the doctors and nurses, of Dr. Trin, Dr. Nee, Dr. Vee, and Dr. Nami who are exhausted trying to keep their patients alive. Palin decides to open a blog called "You...Vaccine" to show people the value of taking care of each other in this difficult time and motivate them to send their care and well wishes to people from all directions.

A completely new game of Mafia comes upon us. Based on life experiences, players will be appointed to be part of a small number of Black Sheep, the Mafia, or part of a large number of White Sheep, the citizen. The players will stay together in a secluded area for 4 days and 3 nights without knowing their own or others' identities. They must use their intuition and senses to determine what is right. Through a variety of missions and games, the players will try to deduct each other's identities in a series of intense mind games. The player with the most sensitive intuition will be the winner of the grand prize money. Who will become the final winner?
