Nara Rimi, an established and popular photographer, meets Momota Natsume who has come to Tokyo with dreams of becoming an actress. Although Natsume suffers setbacks, she grows from these experiences in this story about the lifestyles of women whose lives intersect in this world dominated by social media.

The story takes place during Japan's tumultuous 19th century Meiji Period and is told through the military officers and brothers, Akiyama Yoshifuru and Akiyama Saneyuki and the poet Masaoka Shiki who used their ingenuity to fight an uphill battle during the Russo-Japanese War.

In his 40s, the stuntman Woo-seok wishes to go back to the prime of his life in 1997, before a facial scar ended his acting dreams. One day, he purchases five talismans from an unknown monk, hoping to change his life. However, during a film shoot, a car accident transports him back to his high school days in 1997. Now living as the high school student, he embarks on a project to revamp his past life, which was filled with a troublesome father, son, and husband.
