Akira (Teppei Koike) is late for his first day on the job as a firefighter. A fire occurs on that day and he goes with the other firefighters to the fire scene. Akira becomes frozen in front of the fire. Back at the fire station, Akira hopes to work at the fire station, but not go out to a fire site. Fire Captain Yohei (Toshio Kakei) decides to place Akira with a emergency medical services team. The emergency medical service team is always busy, but not always for emergency situations.
