On the stage of the play "Romeo and Juliet", a transparent love begins. Seon-hwa (Roh Jeong-eui) who was helping her friend's audition in the department of theater, is spotted by Soo-yeon (Jo Soo-hyang), her senior from the department of theater and plays Juliet. Her co-star is Ha-nam ('Nara'), every girl's dream boy playing the role of Romeo. Seon-hwa gets attracted to Juliet while preparing for the play. Is this love? While preparations for the play are coming to an end, Seon-hwa gets a feeling there's something going on between her two seniors...

Prime minister's disapperance and attacks on his successor Ai Xin forced special agent Qiu Mo Yu to hide the girl in Dragon Gate, a lawless ghetto where underworld dwellers do business and residents protect their own. Her boyfriend Zhou Huai An followed her there soon after. As reward for their whereabout increased, they became luring targets for every bounty hunter in town. Although Dragon Gate boss, Jin Xiang Yu, gave them sanctuary, they couldn't determine if the woman was their ally helping them to uncover the plot behind the attacks or working for their enemy to trap them in Dragon Gate.

It tells the story of two childhood friends, Li Yi Mu and Xiong Qi Qi, who were born on the same day in the same town. Despite their contrasting personalities, Li Yi Mu stays by Xiong Qi Qi's side throughout her life, protecting her and guiding her to realize her dreams. Xiong Qi Qi also realizes Li Yi Mu's efforts and decides to reciprocate him with small acts of bravery and warmth.

Movie is based on album by Yasu's solo project "Acid Black Cherry" (album was released February 25, 2016). Yasu is the vocalist of rock band "Janne Da Arc." Movie depicts the life of woman L as she looks for love.
