Animal TV tells animal stories that we haven't heard. Actor Ryu Soo-young is your storyteller, traveling around the country and presenting some excellent, surprising, and somewhat uncomfortable truths.

Shiro’s struggle with his father’s cancer and impending death leads to a realization that he must communicate his love and admiration for him before it’s too late. A series of flashbacks reveals their relationship over time, and the trouble Shiro faced connecting to his strict father who was also his teacher and soccer coach. With a consuming secret of his own, Shiro, now in his late twenties and about to get engaged, must eventually learn how to share it with his loved ones.

The story tells of a Japanese businessman, who is sent to assess some gems in a remote Chinese village, and a member of the yakuza, who is accompanying him to make sure his organization gets its proper share. The scenery of China is something not usually explored in Japanese film and thus was a massive change of pace for Miike, and a far cry from the recurrent themes of violence and sexuality present in his other films. Chinese locations in the movie include Dali City, Yunnan, the city characters enter through a stone arched gate and the Nujiang River, where they see people riding pulleys on steel cables over the water.

In the civil war between North and South Korea, the tension within was high, especially when a mission was hooked with national secrets. A black box, hence, because the key to the struggle. Success, would never come so easily. However, amid the brutal fight for the key-the black box of a crashed battleplane, the male and female spy from the two different nations fell in love with each other. They helped each other secretly, in order to complete their corresponding mission, for the sake of loyalty - and love. However, a fatal plane crash of battleplane occured and finally they sacrifice their valuable love and lives for the peace of human world.
