Han Jung-Ho (Yu Jun-Sang) works at a law firm. He is a powerful man and even becomes involved with the appointment of a government official. He is married to an elegant and beautiful woman, Choi Yeon-Hee (Yoo Ho-Jeong), and has a perfect son, Han In-Sang (Lee Joon). Yet, Han Jung-Ho and Choi Yeon-Hee face difficulties and various incidents after their son marries a girl they never expected as a daughter-in-law (Ko Ah-Sung).

The age of wild men begins, as Kim Doo Han, the Lynx, Goo Ma Heok, Ssang Kal and Shin Mae Jeok take over Jongno. Eom Dong Wook, who was being chased by the pólice for taking revenge on the Japanese who bullied his friend, decides to punish the Japanese with one blow.

Dr. Du showed his remarkable talent for medicine but experienced the uncertainty of life in a disaster twenty years ago. After losing his beloved girlfriend and mentor in the same accident, Dr. Du left the disappointed healthcare system and became an EMT in a small clinic. However, he never gives up any life and makes up for his guilt in every service. With his frenemy Dr. Lee and associate Dr. Hsu all around his life in critical moments, he has to deal with patient-provider relationships and life value differences between colleagues. Dr. Du believes that the only way to reform the medical system is to be part of it again. However, the mysteries about the disaster twenty years ago will blow his life in more time.
