A genius lawyer who changed jobs from a doctor, while suffering from the tragedy of false accusations, leads an out-of-force team to uncover the truth of numerous difficult cases and save the souls of those involved in the case.

As a former gang member, Hazama Ichiban witnessed the worst side of the emergency medical system and vowed to become a doctor to change it. With the aggressive passion he learned on the streets, Ichiban has worked his way to becoming a no-nonsense emergency medicine resident. Lung (Nick Cheung), a hardworking property agent, is facing a serious situation in life. His girlfriend won`t marry him unless he can buy her a 1000-sq ft. apartment in one year’s time; whilst Charlotte (Sammi Cheng) desperately needs a place to stay after her divorce. Along with Lung’s intern Very (Oho), a mainland richling, they become co-owners of the office girl Hak’s (Angelababy) small flat that was left to Hak by her estranged mother.
