On a rooftop in the middle of a thick urban forest of skyscrapers, the Mantis gang, living legends of the underworld, is engaged in a bloody battle with rival gang members. When things are looking very bad for the Mantis gang, a deafening roar announces the arrival of a helicopter overhead. It's Cha Eun-jin, the woman who conquered the male-dominated realm with only a pair of her lethal scissors. However, Eun-jin is attacked by an opponent and falls off the rooftop. She survives but sustains serious head injuries and remembers nothing of her past. She is discovered by Jae-chul (Park Joon-kyu), a Chinese restaurant cook, and ends up devliering food on a scooter for "Fusion Chinese Restaurant Shu." Having forgotten that she was a born fighter, Eun-jin lives a peaceful life while various men like "Moneylender Koh" (Joo Hyon) and "Girllove" (Lee Won-jong) vie for her affections. By chance, she thwarts a bank robbery and is honored with a "Brave Citizen Award." Unfortunately, this reveals her whereabouts to the White Sharks, who have been eagerly waiting for their chance for revenge. They team up with some loan sharks who have been looking to develop the marketplace area to back Eun-jin into a corner. She has no alternative but to risk her life once again in a bloody war with her sworn enemies.

Gwang-Ho (Park Shin-Yang) is the trusted right hand man for a powerful crime boss. His boss trusts Gwang-Ho and he is loved by his men. One night, his rival in the crime group Tae-Joo (Kim Jung-Tae) attempts to take him out with a knife. As Tae-Joo lunges forward with the long blade knife, Gwang-Ho turns around and grabs the approaching knife blade his hand. Because of this, his fate line on his palm is changed.

For the uninitiated, the prequel, GoW, ended with the death of Sardar Khan (Manoj Bajpayee), leaving his sons to avenge his death. While Faizal (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) is engulfed in the smoke of ganja, it’s up to Danish (Vineet Singh) to demand blood. But Ramadhir Singh (Tigmanshu Dhulia) and Sultan (Pankaj Tripathi) get back by gunning down Danish in cold blood. Finally, Faizal shakes out of his slumber and ruthlessly takes back control of Wasseypur. But our hero doesn’t forget his Bollywood-loving darling Mohsina (Huma Qureshi). Tired of the bloodshed and never-ending revenge, Ramadhir offers a hand of truce to Faizal: Faizal keeps Wasseypur and Ramadhir doesn’t kill any more of his family. By now, everyone wants a piece of the success story, including Faizal’s half-brother Definite (Zeishan Quadri) and Shamshad (Raj Kumar Yadav). But when Sultan gets a hit on Faizal’s menace-of-a-brother Perpendicular, he doesn’t let go of the chance. The bloody revenge saga plays out in the next 3 hours.
